Perrin Construction Co., Inc. started out in 1949 as LEON J. PERRIN, Building Contractor, founded by Leon, after his service in the U.S. Navy. The company originated as a small residential home builder, doing work primarily in Shiawassee County. Then in the 1960’s, Leon ventured into commercial construction, whereas today the Durand based company is a commercial and industrial general contractor operating throughout the state of Michigan.
As a family-owned and operated business, we take pride in having an honorable and excellent reputation. We actively pursue both competitive bidding and design/build projects in many different realms. Our repeat clients are abundant and we are always looking to establish new working and lasting relationships with new clients.
Our mission at Perrin Construction is to continue to build our reputation as a highly qualified and respected General Contractor and Construction Manager. We believe these two qualities, along with our standard of being on time and on budget with all of our projects, to be the true reason we have been in business since 1949.
